With ViewSonic's Express Exchange Service program, you are guaranteed a replacement unit shipped to your registered location within 48 hours* of your call. *Calls must be received by 12:00 p.m, Pacific Time. Saturdays, Sundays and major U.S and Canadian holidays excluded. Delivery in certain areas may be delayed due to the shipper's practices.
