It works with any single-mode or multimode MSA-compliant or branded SFP or SFP+ module, active optical cable (AOC), or direct attach copper cable (DAC). Optical fiber allows longer cable runs than copper cabling while eliminating EMI. Advanced Features Network virtualization offloads reduce CPU overhead, increasing the efficiency of the virtualized network. PXE boot enables centralized OS deployment and updates.
