The extension can be licensed four ways: perpetual/1-year subscription (BL-EXT-WTLBL- SUB1Y)/3-year subscription (BL-EXT-WTLBL- SUB3Y) or 5-year subscription (BL-EXT-WTLBL- SUB5Y).
