User calls Brother's toll-free Customer Service Center between 9:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. eastern time, Monday through Friday, except Brother holidays. If the representative cannot correct the product's malfunction over the telephone, Brother will send a like-new replacement unit.
Express Exchange Service will expedite, by the next business day, the exchange of a non-working Brother product for any calls received by 3:45 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Included with the exchanged product are return instructions and a prepaid return airbill. Recipient is to follow the return instructions and ship the original product in the same shipping carton in which the exchange unit was received. User should retain their original accessory items and a copy of the return airbill, signed by the courier.
