By purchasing an onsite warranty upgrade, should your Brother product need warranty repairs or service, a Brother authorized service technician will travel to your site to service your machine. Onsite Warranty Upgrades start from the original date of purchase. Once your machine qualifies for warranty servicing, Brother will locate an Authorized Service Center nearest to the machine location. Customers can expect a call within 24 hours of contacting Brother to coordinate the onsite visit. |
